- Maria Montessori Nursery and Preschool -
In this phase the project continue on study of the DNA of the case study from phase1.
I designed the school that have a main characteristic of Montessori school
and combined with the DNA of the architects of my case study.
The plan of the school is created by the characteristic of the plan of the case
study which is seem like a modular but in my design I used this modular to created
main building and separated into many space within one modular instead
of the arrangement of each modular like case study. The plan was also inspired by the toy from phase 2
by using the property of the toy that allow the player to attatch the triangles together freely and the main
building was created by using the posibilities of shape and pattern that the toy can made.
Using of local material and the centrifugal circulation was inspired from the case study.
The handrail and the furniture was designed to appropriate for the user that is in the age of 0-6 years.
