Continuing from the prior phases of the Phases1 and 2, Institute of Management: Ahmedabad by Louis Kahn, and the learning from his design, the idea of using space and developed from the DNA of case study.
The main characteristics of this building have come from a case study (phase1&2) are the space of the knowledge and connected to the Louis Kahn Plaza (old campus) and designed if form geometry shape and the diagonal grid of the case study.
The Program: The building that I have to design was the second place of knowledge for the new campus. Developed from the case study from old campus and trying to use the geometry of his building and block from phase2 to fulfill the definition of space connected.
The location: the New building was located in Institute of Management: Ahmedabad. It on the new campus and opposite to case study building (old campus), it also has the skywalk to connect both buildings together.
